Rules

The purpose of these rules are not as a way to prevent anyone from having an enjoyable day.  However, due to the nature of the event these rules will be enforced strictly.  You will not get more than one warning for a rules violation!  If you violate these rules, you can and will be removed from the track without refund or discount.  Please read these careful, they are for everyone benefit!

- Any tire(s) off track you must return to pits

- Four tires total off track (in any combination of 1-4 tires at a time) during the course of a day you may be pulled from the event

- No drifting or unsafe driving, including significant tire spin/squeal

- Maintain control of your vehicle at all times

- H Speed rated tires accepted for beginners, V or better for all other classes.

- Follow flags at all times

- One warning only system, second violation is removal without refund

- Your car must be in good running condition - Proper tire pressure, tire tread, brake wear, no leaking fluids (see Tech Inspection for additional details)

- You can only pass in designated areas

- You cannot prevent anyone from passing by blocking or any other aggressive moves

- You and your guests cannot be in the pit area or on the track unless they are drivers/riders during their active session

- No one under 18 is allowed to be a driver (sorry, this is an insurance rule)

- One Passenger is allowed

- All Drivers and Passengers must wear a helmet at all times regardless of performance capabilities of the vehicle.

- Long pants and proper shoes (no open toes) are required for all drivers/passengers

- Both windows down while on track

- Seat belts required at all times

- AC usage on track is prohibited (water leakage)

- Slots are per driver, slot sharing is not allowed.  Drivers can bring multiple cars, they must all meet tech restrictions

- No motorcycles, No karts

- Convertibles/Open Air Cars must have roll bar, roll cage, or top up

- Only drivers who show safe operation are allowed in Time Trials

- No purpose built race cars can qualify for time trials

- There are no limitations on trailering vehicles, you are welcome to bring your vehicles on a trailer

- Organizers can make any judgment calls, rules, changes, adjustments at any time doing so in necessarily to ensure a safe and fun day for all parties involved.

- Any vehicles that have carbon fiber or fiberglass hoods must use hood pins, any aftermarket body kits or wings must be securely bolted down.

- Batteries MUST be tied down, all lugs nuts/wheel studs are required.

- All tail lights and turn signals must be working properly

- Event runs rain or shine, excluding closure by track officials for severe weather.

- Drivers are expected to operate safely based on conditions, including the possibility of rain, wind

- Due to the new track layout you will not be able to enter or leave the facility while sessions are in progress.  You will only be able to enter/leave when no vehicles are running on track, so be prepared.

- Session time always runs while you on are track – delays in the event, including those due to on or off track incidents, do not result in additional time.

- IF YOU DAMAGE ANY PORTION OF THE TRACK WITH YOUR VEHICLE OR YOUR ACTIONS, YOU ARE FINANICALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT DAMAGE
